GENERAL CONDITIONS
The request for availability is not binding and does not act as a contract neither for the client nor for Agriturismo Il Filaro. The booking request represents an Order Form and therefore binding for the Client but not binding for Agriturismo Il Filaro, which party considers itself free not to accept the booking. The booking confirmation of Agriturismo Il Filaro sent to the client is binding for both parties and establishes the drawing up of the booking contract with options. In the event that a confirmatory deposit is requested, the Customer has the duty to send them within the time limits indicated by the management of Agriturismo Il Filaro so that the option is removed and the booking definitively confirmed. At this point Agriturismo Il Filaro will undertake to send the customer a confirmation e-mail. All reservations must be reconfirmed by e-mail accepting the cancellation conditions of the structure.

​ TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The reservation becomes binding for our structure only upon receipt of the deposit payment receipt. When your booking is confirmed you will receive our confirmation via email, which you will need to show when you check-in at our facility, along with your identity documents and credit card.
Arrival (Check-in): the apartments will be available on the day of arrival from 16.00 to 20.00. However, it is possible to deposit baggage in advance or request the possibility of anticipating or postponing the arrival time.
Departure (Check-out): the apartments must be vacated on the day of departure by 11.00. In case of need it is possible to request in advance to postpone the check-out.

WITHDRAWAL
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the entire amount of the deposit will be retained.

POSTAL ORDER

JURISDICTION
For any dispute that may arise regarding the interpretation, execution and / or termination of the booking contracts to which these conditions apply in which Agriturismo Il Filaro is a party to the trial, the Court of Matera MT will be exclusively competent.
